Humble Bee Heather loosener
Designed to allow for tangential extraction of Heather honey. Allowing hobby bee keepers to extract sought after heather honey without spending thousands on huge commercial exquipment. Can be used for all honey uncapping, saving time cutting cappings and processing cappings. Summer honey passes through single pass penetration holes with ease leaving the majority of  capping attached to the comb for the bees, this means less filtering.
Device penetrates cappings to loosen heather honey, repeatedly passing frames through the rollers agitates thixotropic honey, images show single pass, repeated passes and final extracted comb from our 2022 Heather honey extraction. Although some cells may be damaged this preserves comb unlike crushing or cut comb.  
Uncap and loosen honey quickly and efficiently. Auto adjusting frame width for thick frames. 
Low mounted flush honey gate for maximum honey extraction and low capping residue to filter. 
Made from food safe plastics, easy to clean and use. 
Holds 11 frames, allowing you to loosen and uncap a super, and honey bound brood frames. Suitable for national and 14*12 brood and super frames. Langstroth frames can be processed short end first.
